Fun in games but hate them in real life. I'm glad I live in a country with strict guns laws to prevent general people obtaining them.

Notice that super bowl parade shooting fell out of media focus pretty quick? The shooters have a long criminal record, some for gun charges which do carry sentences that could have kept those shooters in prison for a very long time. But of course, with the way the left runs criminal justice in those cities, they weren't. They acquired their guns illegally from the black market, and turns out they were shooting at each other for looking at each other the wrong way.

And the narrative in the media? We need to make laws so that the law abiding people who didn't buy their guns off a street vendor have no way to defend from the type of people who do, then shoot at people for giving them a look they didn't approve of.

In the US, there are about 2 million crimes prevented by citizens defending themselves with firearms. That seems to piss off the same kind of people in power who would let people with a couple dozen convictions on their rap sheet run rampant on society. Those in power have made it clear they want more crime, and easier victims.
