Are FPS drops on PS5 normal?

Just bought a PS5 and noticed some FPS drops mainly on Helldivers 2. Wondering if this is normal given it is a console I'm not sure?

some games have fps drops on consoles, they don't all play at consistent 30 or 60 fps
