I mean if certain politicians talk about that getting the German citizenship is some kind of gratification for being a good human being who wants to contribute to the country - i´m unsure what to say about it.
Not saying Germany is a beacon, thats not true, frankly they got a lot of work to do but in terms of keep themselves together, they are doing better, especially after the US and the Union basically had them split the bedroom (to coin a phrase)
No it hasn’t.
Calling 89 a revolution seems a bit rich, lol.
I doubt you lived in Germany or know the place very well
Please avoid such right-wing nationalist ideologies. All foreigners are welcome.
I am literally German and my family moved from the GDR to the BRD.
If someone is not bright, it is you and your arrogant attitude of assuming you know a country you have zero connections to.
But since you are so knowledgeable, we can continue the discussion in German if you want to?
It wasn’t a revolution. It was a re-unification that nowadays is regretted big time by many people in the East as well as West. There were so many downsides to it, obviously you are not aware of this.
You could put it this way, yes. lol
Ya it..literally was called a Peaceful Revolution...so its clear no one here knows history enough to recall how East Germany basically forced immigration so hard that they basically caused an emergency council meaning where they were allowing people to pass, that same night however the wall was indeed toppled.
...Like you'd think people would know their own history by now, but I guess not
It´s still split though. People in the eastern part don´t feel very represented, and they still earn less - while of course all their companies are led by people from western Germany, same as many of their political parties. Western Germans think that Eastern German are all Nazis, as there the parties are way stronger, but the western part is catching up. While they probably forget, that the left party is stronger there as well.
It´s probably less split than before, but mainly because many people from the eastern part moved to the western part to work there, while some villages are abandoned, with no young people left - and also because it´s like 3 decades ago, so there a generation of people who doesn´t know how it was before. Still many people in eastern Germany feel betrayed, because it wasn´t really a unification, but the eastern part was consumed by the western part. Only eastern thing we took was the green arrow, which says that You can drive to the right even if the traffic light is red, and acts like a stop sign instead. That´s not really much.
Deport 26 million? I only heard about deportation of people who have no visa anymore and committed crimes.
I love all humans and support mass-migration, ideally a good Germany is a Germany with 90% people from Africa & Asia.
My favourite politician is Baerbock.
So you admit to not have a clue but still feel the need to call others not very bright?
Not sure how your parents raised you, but where I come from this is inappropriate and disrespectful behaviour, I hope you avoid this kind of lingo in real life, as some people might get physical if you act this disrespectful.
for a political revolution u need 2 parties.. there was no proper side asking demands, just one side that opened the borders on their own... its like saying u revolt against yourself
