Another company mismanaged by Microsoft. Unfortunate situation... They are making sure that veteran male designers, illustrator, programmers can't survive in the company and stopped hiring based on merit.

And I doubt that'll change any time soon. So whoever's behind development will be churning out the same old CoD with a fresh coat of paint and whatever in terms of micro- or macro-transactions they come up with. All they'll change is who'll be running the CoD-making treadmill.
