You have no right to complain about pineapple on pizza, if you like olives or mushrooms on Pizza. Olives and Mushrooms have no place on pizza.

No one know when Pizza got sauce but we assume its always had it. Both Pizza and Sauce go back to antiquity.

This means that pizza has most likely always had sauce. They cannot make their pasta without sauce so its only natural that pizza got sauce too because Italian cuisine is about being resourceful from nothing.

All the food they designed comes from making something delicious from limited resource.

Thank you Italians for pizza you legends, Olives on pizza next level also olives are from Italy and to put them on pizza is normal to say Olives don't belong is a disgrace to the pizza itself.

The very first pizza to ever be made in history most likely had Olives on it and was probably served with Wine as crushing grapes into Wine also been big in Italy since Antiquity.

They had the Focaccacia before the Pizza which is very similar to Pizza. i would say since milk that sauce would of been around and Pizza needs Milk to work so that means sause will easily be there.

if sauce was not on the early pizza it would not of taken long to become normal it would of fell naturally into the workings of what a pizza is.
House wife through the region probably experienced time of not much condiments or resources but had some pasta sauce so it got used on the base for flavour.

Pizza without sauce would be dry so also it would not take them long to know that it needs moisture.
Do you are making assumptions based on nothing, lol.

Tomatoes were not even introduced to Italy until like the 15th or 16th century, so you are objectively wrong.

Authentic pizza never used tomato sauce either, but no one complains about that when it got added. Pizza was, originally, was basically just a buttered bread with toppings. Tomatoes weren't introduced to Italian cooking until much later. So your "aUtHeNtIc" argument is invalid.

Authentic pizza has used tomato sauce for almost 200 years. Just because the earliest thing to be called a pizza didn't doesn't make it not authentic.
That’s exactly what it means. Tomato sauce isn’t authentic pizza either.

Hawaii is an American state. Tomatoes originated in the Americas and were not introduced to Italy until the 15th or 16th century.
This is what happens to OT when you remove the political threads. Think about that.
You don’t know what real pizza is until you have a deep dish pizza.
Who cares really you already lost anyway when you mentioned pineapple
Pineapple is still a better topping than chicken

Olives and Mushrooms have no place on pizza.

Mushrooms seem like a pretty normal part of Italian cooking, so I reject your claim.
I like black olives, mushrooms and pineapple on pizza...I am omnilicious.........I will probably regret typing that... ;)

Superior threads can shine. Win-win.
