I'll give what I think are the most underrated of all 90's albums: When the Kite String Pops and Paegan Terrorism Tactics by Acid Bath. Acid Bath sounds like nobody else and fits into no genre. To this day, I've never heard any band that reminds me even vaguely of those albums or Acid Bath. They are criminally underrated and extremely original.
