Logitech G933
So while I am using my mic, randomly after some time my mic will make a loud static(?) sound to all my peers. I don't hear the sound but the people in any call I am in, or any game with a voice chat hear this. How do I fix?

it could be feed back from your speakers or if it's a microphone that sets on the table/desk your microphones to close to the speakers

I'm using the headset mic actually, so either its somehow picking up the audio in my ears despite it not being loud or its something else

A couple things you might want to try.
  • Apply some compressed air to the mic in order to clean it.
  • Determine whether or not there is a device in the immediate vicinity which is causing interference.
  • Switch to a non-wireless headset or microphone.
  • Check the cable and/or battery for integrity, connectivity and charge issues.
  • Update your drivers.
  • Ensure that whatever program you're running alongside said headset has exclusive access to said peripheral device.

can you return it? it doesnt seem like a software fixeable issue.

Make sure your connections are sound and there's no loose wiring.

Headset is wireless

I think I am way past the point of return, had this headset for a while, like 2-3 years maybe?

While the compressed air trick seems plausible, its not a constant sound, its a temporary sound that goes away after flipping the mic up (muting it) and then flipping it back down
Everything in my set up has remained consistent so I don't think its a disturbance either.
And this is an issue that has arrived just suddenly like a few weeks ago, imma see if updating drivers works but Im not sure if it will.
