Possible Xbox Bankruptcy: What Will Happen To Their IPs?

As the title says, what would Xbox do to keep afloat? Would they just sell their IPs for something, or would they take them down with them? I've been a Xbox owner since the golden Halo 3 days, but with all of the controversy around the ABK / Zenimax buyouts, shuttering of four studios, and the face they have spent somewhere around $100 Billion within the past 10-11 years, not only has it made my trust in Xbox-
I mean Microsoft Gaming, near absolute zero, but it also has me worried that some of my favorite franchises will vanish like dust in the wind. So let me ask again, what are your takes on Xbox if they do manage to do under?

Xbox isn't a separate legal entity from microsoft, so it can't go bankrupt unless microsoft as a whole goes bankrupt.

If microsoft as a whole goes bankrupt, then what would likely happen is that their assets, including I.P. interests, would be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Worst case scenario is that nobody picks up the I.P. and it regresses to a prior owner, which would likely put it in copyright limbo if nobody could ascertain who that party was.

But with recent events, wouldn't the execs at Microsoft just say ♥♥♥♥ it and try to shut the division down if they cant make up the $70+ Billion deal with Zenimax and ABK within a few years?
