Possible Xbox Bankruptcy: What Will Happen To Their IPs?

As the title says, what would Xbox do to keep afloat? Would they just sell their IPs for something, or would they take them down with them? I've been a Xbox owner since the golden Halo 3 days, but with all of the controversy around the ABK / Zenimax buyouts, shuttering of four studios, and the face they have spent somewhere around $100 Billion within the past 10-11 years, not only has it made my trust in Xbox-
I mean Microsoft Gaming, near absolute zero, but it also has me worried that some of my favorite franchises will vanish like dust in the wind. So let me ask again, what are your takes on Xbox if they do manage to do under?

Well, windows technically counts as being under Microsoft's main division. Xbox is just a division under Microsoft.

Intellectual Property is Intellectual Property - It belongs to the license holder. It is an asset that has value, so in the outrageously unlikely event that XBox, whatever, filed for "Banckruptcy," then the IP's would be sold. Someone else would own them and likely develop them into profitable products, since that's the only reason someone would buy them in the first place.

xbox ain't going anywhere. It's just that it won't be in a form you'll like.
Consoles are on the decline and Microsoft is adapting to the market realities rather than investing in something futile.

They outsourced some of the work to the alien at Facebook with the VR headset and virtual reality or whatever the alien is doing these days.

PS5 Pro may be the last console.

I dunno whats gonna happen, but I'm glad if Halo finally died off. The story has been done over and over and to add insult to injury the tv show I heard was awful. (I never watched it). I would like to see MC go into a deep 1000 year freeze or just die a honorable soldiers death.
