What's worse: Cold toilet seat or warm toilet seat
I personally think that a warm toilet seat is worse because with the cold one yeah it's uncomfortable at first but at least it's over pretty quickly and I have the guarantee that no one sat on it with their bare ass before me, meanwhile a warm one just feels like you're butt-kissing with another person.

I have a smart toilet with a seat warmer so I prefer that.
