Well, there actually is and it's not just rohipnol <sp>.... But, AFAIK, it hasn't been tested on humans and it may also not necessarily be a drug. (I recall some things being done with memory and animals and I seem to recall the application of non-destructive shocks/electrodes.) And, IIRC, there are some drugs that do have it as a side-effect, so they're not exactly intended or fine-tuned for that purpose.
But, erasing specific memories is not really possible. Learning how to reinterpret them and to place oneself in a different perspective when remembering them is part of therapeutic technique. (For PTSD)

Versed/Midazolam and then Propofol/Diprivan both produce retrograde amnesia pretty profoundly depending on the dose.
Scopolamine also produces a mild amnesic effect.
