Why is temu getting to be so popular?

Is it really worth it to save a few $ buying products made from recycled medical plastics and that will charge your credit card random amounts for no reason afterwards hoping you don’t notice?

Temu is like a parasite in China, undercutting and destroying all other competitors in their homeland forcing them to lower their prices till they can’t afford to be in business. Once temu comes out on top cannibalizing their countries middle class the low prices won’t continue but the crap quality sure will.

I hear of people buying boots off of temu and they get sent counterfeit designer scarfs instead.

I would only buy the simplest of the things (things that are so simple even cheapest quality is not a bad thing)

Like I would not buy something simple lair safety pin from AMAZON because it is ridiculous but temu you buy it for bulk for no money at all

its kinda funny and sad at the same time.. people got pushed into poverty till they could afford only trash, now so many people are forced to buy trash that the normal products start to vanish in favor of trash which results in even the wealthier people having to buy the same trash at some point

alibaba is the same type of buisness but owned by someone else.. china is able to operate multiple massive online stores thanks to the massive local production..
u could say they have like 10+ different amazons
