Destiny has other plans for you. Flipping burgers is a machines job anyway.

I'm a machine with a loose screw. That screw is my mental anguish but it ain't falling out yet! Just sailing down life's waves and I'm a sturdy boat.
Unless you were planning on going into management and/or eventually owning franchises they may have done you a HUGE favor.

Fast food is just a bad place to be!

You must be over the age of 18, they only seem to hire school age teenagers because they can pay them less.

Maybe it was because you thought it was a McDonalds.

I was 17 at the time of the interview. All the other poor workers looked like lost 30 year olds

I couldn't get it wrong.
My mother did something similar. She once went nto a Sketchers store and asked for some Nike Air Force 1s
I got rejected at McD when I was a kid but I took it as a compliment loll... No offence to McD's employees but.... Ya know.... we've all been to Mc D right ; )
The rejection isn't as important as the lesson learned from getting rejected. They gave you a reason I'm guessing, right?

You know ... the reason you purposely didn't tell us.

For most people success is born from the foundation of failures. The rest are born rich or get lucky.

BTW ... isn't it lye an ingredient in making candles and soap? Why yes it is. Hmm. Lye? Lie? Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Bro is stirring ♥♥♥♥ up that has already been shaken. They didn't give me an EXACT reason, I just got a standard rejection e-mail. I wouldn't know the exact reason and I honestly didn't think they'd tell me either. They don't tell me what to do better, I figure that out myself. I could have done better, I'll admit, but I strived to where I am now and I'm happy. If anything, it was a blessing. So yes, lesson learnt.

Anyway man, believe what you wanna believe idrc lol

Good to know you make candles and soaps... Someone will send you an award and probably a 600 pts jester to me ftw...
Nah man, you're good
Red flags prevent employment no matter where applying.

The popular advice "just be yourself" is terrible. From relationships to jobs to whatever.
Candles and soap, much more useful than fries and burgers.
Sounds cooler too.
You work for Bath & Body works now?

I've been buying my hand sanitizers from there, pretty good.
