In the Americas are universities where you can follow ethics courses. In Russia too. I take it they sort of both teach the same subject?

westerners in general seem to have a backwards idea of a lot of things, including those who try to deviate from the most mainstream and superficial (lowest hanging fruit) of what is portrayed in their media/culture.

Well Russia did kick Hitler's a$$, while America was late to the war because it was still playing around trying to stay "neutral" mainly because its senate was full of Nazi collaborators.

No America, Europe will never let you forget that blunder.

The push to change culture in favor of democratic socialism (communism) defined this over the past several decades, with the silent force starting in 2013 and not-so-silent force in 2020.
