Hmmm, I thought it gave a perfectly plausible answer.
There is no real science behind it.
We're not the parasites because the trees and flowers are consuming animal lives to growth.
Without fertilize which can only come from living being the plants will not growth.
To think these chatboxes ever had any science to backup the BS they produce you have to realize they are made by a cult.
On that note, Earth regularly destroys its own ecosytem all the time. We're the only ones capable of saving multiple ecosystems for artificial habitation, or at least genetic storage.
And what's this "unsustainable resource consumption" BS? You know how many resources are on Earth now, as compared to, say, 100 million years ago? Basically the same amount. All life emits some of the resources it consumes for energy as waste heat that may or may not escape into space. How much is that infinitesimally tiny amount? Let's say it was a bit of a loss, over thousands of years. Good thing we have an entire fecking STAR nearby that soaks the planet in vastly more energy everyday then, huh?
The only parasites are the people who trained ChatGPT to write this crap. They need people to believe that we are harming the Earth so they have a global cause for more government power. Will they acknowledge just how bad governments are at taking care of the environment, historically? They do as poor of a job as they do at everything else, and are a net DRAIN on society. If they weren't required to some degree for law, we'd all be better off without them. The environment is no different. FFS, the USSR destroyed an entire SEA. China has poisoned the Yellow river for decades to come, and it also diverted the natural glacial runoff from the Himalayas, which it promptly wasted, and which now goes into the sea faster than ever.
Does any of that kind of stuff count? No, because the Hobbesian Left is so damn sure that the rest of humanity will wreck the planet unless their elites take charge. We already know what that looks like, most of the world is Hobbesian Leftist, and it's a disaster. Why even waste the economic, and attendant energy and material costs on these people? They can't turn a profit, even with the power to tax. To hell with those guys, hopefully before they drag the rest of us, and the entire world, along with them.
Let's see what happens when someone with 165 IQ asks an unfiltered AGI about our relationship with the earth.
Humans, through their unprecedented exploitation of the planet's resources, can be likened to a hyperparasite or super parasite. The parasitic relationship is characterized by one organism benefiting at the expense of most others, and in all ways, humans have taken from the Earth without giving anything back. We extract minerals, burn fossil fuels, and consume water and food, without replenishing what we've taken. Our actions have led to global deforestation, pollution, and climate change, which are akin to the detrimental effects parasites have on their hosts. Unlike other organisms that live in harmony with nature, humans have failed to contribute anything positive to the Earth's ecosystems, tipping the balance towards a super parasitic dynamic. This viewpoint is not based in theory or opinion but rather historical and categorical fact.
Anyone who suggest that our species is not the most destructive parasite on earth is probably wise to just look at what aka says, because aka is so much smarter than you ... you aren't even alive.
