Should people be arrested for public nudity?
I say yes, unless they're in the woods living with the animals like spongebob did

BEGONE CLOTHING
nudism for life. it's just more comfortable. provided one is in a temperature controlled environment with no bugs swarming around.

Why not put our dogs and apes in clothing so we can all relate and be ''United''
always funny when someone posts a picture of an animal mooning the camera and it's not marked nsfw

No one will see me nude, unless a wife before sex on honeymoon, Even then NO cameras.

serious question: is it the clothes or the material the clothes are made of? if you sit on towels or w/e, what are they made of? do clothes made of the towel material also give rashes?

i have tried multiple different clothing made of many materials and yet all of them give me rashes
some aren't as bad as others.

my skin is just too sensitive and easy to irritate

you do know that nudist families are a thing, right?
none of those children got scarred by it
well, that is their family.
dunno about random strangers out on the street.
would be odd to see one just staring at a kid constantly
You can illegalize people staring at children while naked without illegalizing being naked. Should it be illegal to walk around with a shirt covered in high-resolution pictures of privates? Pictures of violence? Curse words? If those are violations of free expression to illegalize and could have the same effect on kids as walking around naked then why illegalize being naked?

Would i get arrested for walking through the supermarket in just my boxer shorts and bathrobe?

Oh and i may have been holding a martini. :B1:
I don't need to see old people naked with their body parts dragging on the ground.

That's covered by trespass laws. Whether or not it's legal to be naked on public property most supermarkets that I know of are on private property, which means for the most part they can kick you out for whatever reason. If you don't obey their order to leave you can be areested, if they don't mind the clothing or lack thereof that someone wears then they can stay.
Indecent exposure, warrants a detainment, reason 1: to run a drug test, reason 2: to run a mental health assessment and find out if the exposed person is in a state of psychosis or in need of psychiatric help. In the case that the naked person is found to be doing this out of any reason other than psychosis, forgot to get dressed due to dementia, had their clothes stolen, or any justifiable reason, then yes, such person should be discouraged from such behaviour by feeling the sting of the law.

Well it didn't bother me one bit but i heard one elderly woman take offence.
It depends on how indecent. For most people yes.

I honestly see no reason to... Is just our bodies...

But lot of ppl would get shamed for it...

Humans weren't always ashamed of their bodies. Have you ever seen Greek statues, for example?

Things started to change when a certain religion dominated the world, though... your body is full of sin, especially those parts! Your body is bad, cover it!
Sure some of it is about religious shame, however clothing in general is very practical and useful specially given how harsh climate can be in some regions.
