No. Unless they harass somebody else, or conducting monkey business, nothing's wrong. Besides, there are certain beaches where many nudists go there intentionally and non nudists are rarely seen there.

Honestly, it's a matter of pubic discretion.

So if I am going to a place of "worship" or a place where education, business, science, or research is being conducted,then it is a matter whether or not it is causing a disturbance.

If it is a place of entertainment or an adult recreational enjoyment and it is in a containment section of an particular area at a particular time then it would be ignored or overlooked and not considered rude.

Like I said before, the bank(s), the governments of the world don't seem interested in finding an end to poverty. I am hoping you will provide clothing for those less fortunate then you are.
