gues you don't want to free willy('s)
Arrested? That is insane.
If you said yes to this, go get naked and lock yourself in a cage and see if it makes sense to you. You may quickly realize, you are insane.
As if children never stood naked in front of mirrors. Man, humans are funny as hell.
females are allowed to go topless in public in Canada or Ontario since 1996

Yes there is a difference. So? I don't know what this is supposed to be about. Seeing someone naked is just nature as it is. I think NOT ARRESTING people for simply being naked is fair. It's crazy. Context is relevant. There is a difference between a naked body and trying to corrupt a minor. If we as adults fail to properly educate our children that is OUR fault. There is a fine line here. Arresting people just for being naked is not any way the same thing as protecting children. I don't think most people want to run around naked anyway, you will get a frisky bunch, but kids should be educated about this, I mean there is a right way to go about this without being irrational and playing into our emotion needlessly. We can be civilized without living inside a prison I do believe.
Then when topless women are ogled by men have the men punished.
