Could ANY video game character beat Johnny Turbo?

He is like the DOOM guy on crack, moves at 100 km/h (300 when powered up), has chainsaws instead of arms and legs, has a portable ion cannon. And slow motion because why not.

It's like a 12 year old designed this character and it's awesome.

In his final form, he becomes all metal. He feels nothing.

Isaac's done a lot of the same stuff it seems like, and Johnny does resemble one of his traditional antagonists.

Otherwise, maybe Johnny Robo? In a race? He's comfortable out to ~1000 KM/H, but tends to stay closer to 700.
