I hate the word misogynistic for instance, every man is unique who is to say what is what good or bad. Its a word thrown around when women dont like something, but is there a term for females that mirror it? no.
I am me ( and the other 36 of me ) I am a man, i have no care about offending people, bowing to PC against my own opinions, what are you if someone else is telling you who to be? in a cult? or wasting your life trying to fit into a ever changing landscape of degrading changes. People go on that women are better than men, trans are better etc however put any single gender on a island and within 50-80 years the population goes to zero and dies out.
yes, people are nuts. supporting or decrying anything will make them do outlandish, self-harming, inconceivable things no rational human being should do, and this is normal so you can't just lock them up or assume it's a non-issue. no matter how appealing both of those options are, to me, personally. minus captivity I don't like that.
yes we can all die for the cause, and if we work our fingers past the bone it's simply a case of too much zeal. not the natural consequence of the wrong set of priorities for an individual, priorities sized for a whole society, becoming the focus of an individual's life.
sure, here's a few samples of male pattern identity crisis: too weak, too ugly, too bald, car isn't fast, car isn't expensive, car isn't red so it goes faster and is expensive and has higher insurance premiums and gets stopped by cops more and gets more attention to distract from being short fat ugly and bald.
As for the pathing choice, for many being exceptional at tearing others down is simply the 'right' solution, and also the easiest one to grasp and feel success and progress at. these 'good guys' don't mean it anyway, so they have it coming. Justified. 🤠

I'd say most trans people aren't doing these things on a whim, but sidelining people who just wanted titties and a set of pronouns they liked and getting their 'trans pass' so they can expand their social circle and saying they aren't trans is opening a can of worms.
people who have gay sex are gay, or bi, even if they were only doing it to expand their social circle and get clout.
same with people getting surgeries for the insta so they can grow their brand. or changing their presentation and pronouns to bolster their acting career, same as actors playing up their bisexuality while in a committed straight relationship, 0 homosexual experience, and regularly donating to hate groups the same as any closeted political candidate would.

people have been helping as much as they are able to do, most of my recent contact with the medical establishment has been horrific and led to multiple instances of medical torture. the alternative resources have ranged from problematic and threatening to out and out wastes of time. people have told me I'm not going to get any help, but that they'll sign off on my trying. multiple times. and the result is always the same.

They are getting them because they have been hoodwinked about the long term health consequences. Most will not make it to old age nor will they have an easy passing.
Check the suicide rates among operated trans men in 10 years, if you can find them.

If you wanna give me insurance so I can go back to a private practice and get actual care that'd be great. Otherwise I'm not sure you really have a solution for me. Walking into a clinic and putting on a uniform only gets people so far, by design.
Idk where you get this men's only spaces; I struggle to think of one I couldn't just present as male and walk into.
Therapists and specialists are just as messed up as the rest of us just have training to make you believe they are not. Its always the same old so I agree that it is all pointless. Public healthcare is absolutely terrible and private costs you an arm and a leg, Im having surgery soon and thats costing me £6800 / $8700 for a simple job.
At the end of the day ive found there is no one that can understand let alone help without the common things that pi** me off like " things will get better" or Breathing.
