How does Queers for Palestine work, since LGBTQ rights don't exist in Palestine, Gaza or Arab countries?

Oh, and absent of random idiots who just think the entire world is going to be really super cuddly to them for supporting Palestine, I believe the point of the movement such as it is, is to demonstrate that despite the very large disagreement re LGBT rights, that LGBT people can overlook that in favour of the bigger issue. to show Palestinians that much of the world sees events as so bad that support is even coming from people with fundamental disagreements with their most commonly held social beliefs.
