Teacher's aide/ Teacher assistant earns minimum 45K and higher with degree.
Macdonald's worker dont earn anywhere close as Teacher.

Agreed, they are underpaid that correct. Teacher's earnings are miles away from Macdonald's worker. The OP didn't get the teacher's earnings correctly. Los Angles county teachers earn the same amount as doctors which is very high.
requiring a degree is common at many entry level positions
