What advice do you have for lonely men?

I'll start
1. Eat clean and get a healthy body
2. Wear nice fitting clothes
3. Go to the barbers and get a respectable hair style
4. Learn about gentlemens dating etiquette
5. Join groups, sports, martial arts, music, art groups, etc

To add: Be wary of "gurus" who proclaim to have perfect relationship advice, you're nothing but a mark to them to sell their "program" to.

Like the OP you mean? I wonder why he even sees himself as some kind of dating guru, which he apparently does. It's not the first time he posts something like this.

My wife and I once suggested an incel friend of mine go to a Munch because it's a good way to go to a public gathering and meet other adults pertaining to certain interests, and he legit recoiled and went "Ew no, all the women there are used baggage".

TBH, I went to munches for years and never met anyone particularly interesting. Then, a scandal came out where we discovered the hosts of these munches (and other events) had been committing hundreds of consent violations for years and getting away with it by their privileged positions as members of "high status" in that community.


Kinda hard for me to see those things in a positive light after that, imo he probably dodged a bullet.

Good lord, I'm sorry that happened. And yeah, he likely did. However, that's not the entirety of the community, and frankly, it was just a suggestion to get the friend out of his little toxic spiral.

I can see that, especially with how many incels I've seen who sit around spewing hate all day, that act like they're somehow superior to sex-workers.

Bingo. All the complaining is about feeling oneself as a victim, removing even the slightest possibility that at least a part of the problem could be self-imposed. It's always "them" who is at fault. There is no introspection.

My advice is to take the necessary steps to improve your mental health and make meaningful relationships. Doesn't have to be romantic. Baby steps.
