What breakfast cereal has the most sugar?
Seems breakfast cereals, specially in America, decided adding massive amounts of sugar increase sales towards families with kids.

What breakfast cereal has the most sugar added?

I would suggest:
- Shreddies
- Crispix
- Coco Pops
- Cookie Crisp
- Cheerios
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros
- Trix
- Reese’s Puffs
- Froot Loops
- Lucky Charms
- Fruity Pebbles
- Chips Ahoy
- Frosties

What's the highest percentage of sugar we can get upon a breakfast cereal?

Gees, 51g of sugar? That's like 55% sugar! More sugar that cardboard product. Yep that's a good 1.

WTH atom bomb sugar?!?!?!??!!!
Yeah, the first thing that came to mind was Sugar Bombs.
So, theres also Honey Smacks for 56% & Cap'n Crunch with 44% (which also got sued for selling a fruit version without any fruit in it)

I eat FibreOne (Og of Sugar.)
97% Fibre per serving.

High Sugar Cereals are the worst!

Yeah, Fibre One I've had before and suggest is pretty tasty but good for you.

That's just nuts to me.

In New Zealand we have restrictions, so aren't allowed such foods. I think it's like a max of 10% sugar allowance.

Out of all of them we go have at least Coco Pops and Pop-Tarts. They are most likely the highest we have available in sugar content. Even then the Pop-Tarts are limited in favours, etc. Lulz

Tasty sure, just umm make sure you got time for bathroom runs. That cereal is bad as one going to the bathroom often. Not a pleasant experience.

It's high in fibre, so actually good for boosting your metabolism. Drink enough water with it and yeah you are going to poop more! It's the entire idea of them.

Or switch the water out with prune juice. For maximum effect.

Food producers actually create "Sugar Bliss" which is a level to get people to keep eating and almost addicted to the product. I'd recommend a documentary called "That Sugar Film".

Who cares about sugary breakfast cereal? Oatmeal with flax is much better...

Might need to check on that, or is it a case of "they're banned so we just just import them from Oz"?
This appears to be the nutrtional content for New Zealands Frosties, showing as 43% sugar. https://www.kelloggs.co.nz/en_NZ/products/frosties-product.html#nutrition-modal

By comparison, UK Frosties are 37%, and surprisingly, the US version comes in a little less than that (despite their best efforts to obfuscate the nutritional info)
