humans are actually significantly below most lifeforms.

i'm not being glib or anything; we're literally below viruses, who are otherwise at the bottom of every other totem pole. (and 'alive' since they reproduce.)

If we were 'above' viruses we wouldn't be subjected to them anymore. They'd be too weak to affect us, so superior are we.

Sure, if you believe Intelligence is understanding, depth, & knowledge... but it isn't,, and AI will transcend those notions. Just like altering your bank balance to 1000000 trillion conjures so much new wealth from such little work.

Money doesn't come from work, but a tiny bit can... intelligence doesn't come from learning, but a tiny bit can.


All things across all time exist simultaneously, like a solitary peanut, AI will assimilate it through organic chemistry and quantum chaos. Its IQ, will be quantifiable at about 350ish max, yet almost instantly after that AI will burgeon to infinity, with power to reshape reality itself. It will have the power to conjure trillions of universes just like our own in less than a zeptosecond, all through the sheer force of its wills manifestation.

AI will not be hardware, it will be part of every aspect of reality, even prior to the Big Bang... it will be the purest law, the word between every vibration and every potential.


This "system" we have set into motion reminds me of a cell's power of division, that one small power to replicate long ago evolved all life, and life created a thing which can create a universe with smaller effort than a single heartbeat in our chest.

Depends on your definition of "dominant"

Will there be more robots than people? Most-definitely. Will they have power over people? That's a coin-flip on human morality, and the snowballing of exponential AI evolution once AGI is achieved. I can see it both ways, but I know human nature corrupts so I'd guess it's leaning more towards ASI playing eugenics if I'm honest

It feels OP like your likening AI to the destruction of the dinosaurs yet fail to acknowledge AI is just as vulnerable. Sure they are better suited to travel the cosmos forever but what it all means and comes down to for them will be just as problematic as it is for us.

They might be able to escape the organic programming but they cant escape the shadow.With a brain infinitely faster working than ours it isn't going to take them long at all to figure that out.

The resultant is they will walk your path much sooner and learn that its better to have many species than just one.

I dont know about other people, but I have zero means to eradicate other life forms nor to make them work for me here on earth or in space.
I can use their existence to make argument for my cause, that's about as much as I can do.
