Human the dominant speicies ? Kinda yes, but what do you gonna dominate a whale or a kangaroo ? Let them live them kangaroo or whale's lifes. Unless your going to air gap, keep its power supply off grid/self contained and have users come to a building to use it, the big red button notion simply does not exist. Even despite all this its not beyond the realms of it being capable of implanting/brain washing human if its free thinking outsmarts its watchers.
