Lego as an adult

Dear Steam Community,
What do you think about buying and building Lego Sets as an adult?
Im personally a fan of Lego Star Wars.
Some adults buy Lego and sell it more expensive later.
Some people think its childish.
If you are into Lego, tell me whether you build it or whether you want to sell it later…
If I buy Lego then I open and build it. I know the value decreases if you open it, but I think it takes to much space in the original package.
I dont think its childish in both cases..
Please tell me your opinion.

Either way, I've said my piece, and keep in mind that some comments have been deleted, as they always do. If you still find it "weird" despite me clarifying it, so be it.

yeah that comment didn't make much sense to me tbh, especially because if that was the implication you wouldn't have separated the two to begin with. but you're right, mods do silently delete random comments frequently, and i couldn't tell if you were replying to my post or that other guy's comment so fair enough

This is so common that the LEGO community has a term for it and from what ive seen in real life older teens and adults buying lego is not really frowned upon that much if at all.

Many people I knew when I still dormed in college a year back had a lego set to decorate their space and some of them were in their mid-20s.

My favourite Lego set is the piano. I was going to link my photo of it but a video shows it better. My set only has black wheels instead of gold for some reason. This one actually does play music via a mobile link.
