Was the sugar content in both the same in terms of form & quantity ? If so, then it has to do with the rest of the contents in the food consumed.

I don't know what that even means. Same as what?

Well, like I said, I acknowledge the differences between fructose and glucose. I was under the impression that the link was provided as proof for the claim "energy isn't the same as mentioned before."

If we measure sugar by calorie, a calorie of sugar from a drink isn't the same as from fruit. You only have to google "blended sugar" and find plenty of decent articles on the subject.

Like I have said, everything that I have posted on the matter is only applicable if the chemical composition of the 2 sugars are same.

Afterall there are various types of sugar.

Yes, the source of where you get the sugar from did have an effect, which is correct.

Not necessarily the source, just the composition. Fructose is fructose no matter where you get it from. But using fructose instead of glucose changes everything.

If it's from Mexico, then coke for sure. They're so much better with real sugar. Js.

I prefer Coke, Pepsi is a bit too sweet for my tastes.
