I need help creating a virtual machine in VirtualBox

I am trying to run a software from 1995 and it just gets me an error, so i created a Windows XP virtual machine in VirtualBox with the name "adamsandler156" and when i start up that VM, it gives me an error that says this
"Failed to open a session for the virtual machine adamsandler156.

Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).

VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Is your CPU virtualization-capable? Open the bios and make sure it's enabled.

I think you need to enable VT-x in your pc bios to start sessions in Virtualbox.
