Report a translation problem
People have only tested this cap on their own profile comments, never in the Steam Forums, as a mod will likely just come along and ban you for spamming well before that limit is reached. Do it upon another person's profile comments and they too could report you as a spammer.
The cap also changes perhaps accordingly to friends vs non-friends and your Steam level?
A limited account is rate limited to only allow a small amount of posts per day. Again it doesn't suggest the amount, but could be like 3 to 25 posts.
Non-friend post spamming is also similarly limited.
Posts not so many, preferably unless you're like Einstein or something ,but.
Comments, a lot. I think. If I'm wrong band me a wagon.
Truth to power: good posts comments and topics and threads keep this place going, so...
I'd almost be inclined to ask; give it your best shot.
But don't anybody TRY to find this out by direct testing. You'll be stopped way before you reach that limit.
