I like it on breaded chicken burgers, I cook the breaded chicken burgers in the toaster oven at 450 for a half hour and put them on D'italiano Sesame Seed buns and add either swiss cheeses slice or Cheese whiz and add Dill Pickles sliced the long way on top

Smokey BBQ sauce.
BBQ sauce with a mixture of herbs and spices and certain peppers.
At least one upcoming meal tonight will have Schezuan.

There are too many options to single one out IMO.
Got to be "The End Hot Sauce", it actually goes will with various foods.
McILHENNY Co. Tabasco Sauce is the most universal sauce I use. This sauce should be used sparingly because it's very strong and it can easily overpower your food if you use too much. I'll typically start with a single drop of Tabasco on a bite of my food, and I'll increase it a drop or two if necessary to reach the perfect balance of flavor and spice.

The way Tabasco sauce is made is what sets it apart from your average run-of-the mill, cheap tasting cayenne pepper sauce that to me tastes like it was made in less than an hour in a large stainless steel vat. Tabasco is aged in oak barrels for up to three years and then filtered, which is what gives it its unique flavor and consistency. Tabasco's flavor is anything but run-of-the-mill if you know how to use it correctly.

I prefer Cholula sauce over Tabasco -- better, less vinegary flavor.

Also Cholula makes for a great aioli sauce when mixed with mayo. Excellent on baked fish, especially mahi mahi and orange roughy. Also, mixed with brown rice and dried cranberries on the side.

I quit using it though for cholesterol reasons -- trying to lower mine without using statin drugs, so I cut out whole milk, cream, cheese, and mayo. (Alas, I so love all of those things.)
well either alfredo sauce or fry sauce. alfredo sauce for noodles and such and fry sauce is great for burgers

Tough call. I know I like rose sauce quite a bit. I get it with certain pasta dishes at East Side Mario's.
