Turn off your NSFW filter for a moment and take a look at the horde of sex games that Steam allows. At least 5-10 new ones every week. These aren't your average jerk off games anymore. We have an entire library of sex games complete with every fetish and deviancy you can think of. Do you like little girls? There are dozens of "loli" type games with naked girls that the developers say are "of legal age". Yeah right....I believe you. Do you enjoy watching upright talking animals use their animal genitalia on each other? TONS of furry/animal sex games available to you.

The NSFW filter hides a really icky and mentally unstable side of Steam that I never really knew existed. Some of these games are so incredibly close to being illegal. What a sad little dark pit of sexual lunacy Steam has hidden away.

Now turn the NSFW filter back on and be glad you don't have whatever mental illnesses are taking root in people.

I always have it disabled, along with disabling the filter for the "hearts" on the forums and chat that block swearing and any other forum of filtering where possible.

Yep, it's bad. No question about that.

I generally take no issue with people enjoying their sexual content in whatever medium they prefer - games, books, videos, etc. But holy crap, it has gotten way outta hand here on Steam. There are porno games coming out in droves now, feels like every damn day! How do you seriously consider this a place for "families" anyway?

For every educational/children's game I see, it seems like there's at least 3-5 garbage sex games. It reminds me of being in Akiba.. 8 floor dept. store full of toys and video games, but for some ****** up reason you have to go through several floors of sex shops to get to most of it lol.

And Steam does not have underage stuff. They over cautious if anything. If a game set in a highschool with 18 year olds, Steam doesn't accept it

you turn it off, you get all you deserve. the controls are in place to totally partition it from people who think the content is awful.

all these threads do is out the op as demonstrating a false set of virtues, and that they enjoy nsfw content on a deeper level than the average gamer.

It's always off since I'm not a child using steam with "parental control".
I don't know why it bothers you so much. If people want to play "Sex with Hitler" then by all means, I'd tell them to have fun. Let people enjoy whatever they want, I find it hilarious that games like this exist.
