It’s why I’m more than happy to continue playing games that are hand-drawn, pixel art, cel shaded, and whatever else. Games that go for a distinct artstyle that clearly separate themselves from reality, or sometimes simply just games with a heavy handed art direction, rarely or never struggle to be visually appealing to look at.
Put the artist back into the art, I say.
If you don't care, and you claim it doesn't matter, why make excuses for making it worse.
Also real people are mediocre, that's why there are mythological heroes.
Excusing mediocrity is a problem.
Just go to McDonalds and see an attractive girl, they not unrealistic at all
