What is considered middle ground in most of the world is seen as dangerous far left in the US (Because the US is so far right it is ridiculous)
Maybe those guys put doubleclick.net in their host file is why I can't find that website.
Hegelian Dialect.
this pitiful situation, I cant love it in one bit. how did it all become like this.
Whataboutism. So, what if it varies by county? This is about the U.S. Not about the viewpoints of other countries toward politics.
All these sites are American companies or organizations. And I'm being directed towards them specifically. That's what you should be concerned with.
Now an answer relevant to the question of the DuckduckGo search engine in terms of censorship: I'm going to leave these two resources on what the CEO has said¹, and then on what their website says².
(1)[web.archive.org] (2)[duckduckgo.com]
With the evidence in mind that is presented, I heavily suspect that DuckDuckGo, like Google, are two-faced liars (as is typical—like a politician). If you want uncensored results 'due to' the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ affairs of politics, then I'd begin with startpage.com or search.brave.com
A deep web search engine is only going to give you the unindexed results—which is in itself generally a trust-worthy means of zero censorship—but it isn't going to give you the answers that you would find on the 'indexed' surface web as 99% of them are just there to give you results for the 'unindexed' internet.
Also, ironically, DuckduckGo hosts a deep web browser; but just because they're on the deep web doesn't mean that it doesn't also actively censor results. There's always someone behind the operation who has control over the whole process (and it ultimately depends on their philosophy whether they want to play as Big Brother and nanny the adult masses or not).
Seeing every other thread: It's much easier to make loud noises and cover your ears
Cool. I love it when non-americans have no idea what they're talking about.
