Most challenge run ideas tend to be quite short - one, big super-cut video or maybe a couple episodes max.
They don’t tend to last very long because, well, most video games don’t take thousands of hours to complete like an MMO.
EDIT: Spending equal amount of time on the editing as Settled does playing the game (he even edits & plays simultaneously, that can't be done in some games). When you scale that down to a game with challenges that takes less time. The quality of the video would go down if you spent equal time editing as you did playing.
