Help me remember this 1 particular ps1 game

i tried my hardest to remember the name of the game but noting comes to mind. The gameplay is like this, u drive a miniature car or vehicle or a tank and u fight energy like enemy in a cave.The cave is extremely dark and have underwater section.Thats all i can remember...can u guys help me out?
