Safest Country in the world?
Not in terms of it's capability to defend itself, but more so a country that doesn't have problems with other countries and probably never will.

I would say Iceland. I'm aware that I might run into a polar bear / lions / tigers etc, but I don't care about that.

You can also move to Siberia and never see a single human and be more safe than anywhere else.

I prefer not freezing to death in non-summer, and not having to hide from recruiters, who want me to fight in Ukraine, since they don't mobilizie russians from the rich cities but from rural areas.

Japan is pretty safe in my Opinion
the Very clean surroundings in big places like Tokyo is very Impressive
and it is pretty safe with a big population
i know there are certain issues but they can be fixed

How do you fix living on the ring of fire? I mean, I, as a foreigner, adore Japan, but I am aware, that the risk of diying in a natural disaster are a lot higher in Japan than in Europe.

Nah man, chance of being starved in Japan are higher than chance of dying by an earthquake.
A lot of people can't pay their daily needs due to inflation and enyasu (my salary is also succ despite I have a doctor degree).

Average elevation of New Zealand is 388 meters above sea level. It's gonna take a while before it gets underwater.

Yeah, because they have the Southern Alps to push that average. Sadly people can't live and/or farm on mountains and almost all important population centers in Aotearoa are located on the coast. Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Dunedin, Napier, Invercargill, New Plymouth, Gisborne, Tauranga, Nelson and so on. Apart from Taupo, Rotorua, Palmy and Hamilton, all cities larger than a couple of thousand people are coastal.

Just Auckland is located 196 meters above sea level, which is way higher than where I am, in central Europe...

Brazil for sure, because it has enough problems of itself so it won't create more trouble with the neighbor countries.

I hope this is a joke

Southern Chile or Southern Argentina yes very cold climate not for everyone, and a medium city or two separated by hundred of km but mostly safe place in case of nuclear winter. if not about nuclear winter then Switzerland, Iceland, Japan, or some random island in the middle of nowhere with decent infrastructure and security.
Literally any country that is dominated by Islam!

Was there any doubt???

I have no doubt on that.

But if an Islamic country wasn't dominated by Islam, it would be doomed.
Australia or New Zealand are probably relatively safe in terms of global war.
As that famous video said: "F**king kangeroos."

Although I could see them getting into a conflict with China if they join up with the rest of the "allies" in that hypothetical conflict.

They would get nuked like most countries in the northern hemisphere in one way or another, in the case of global war.

I have been to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Auckland multiple times. It's so huge, that of course there are certain parts, that are at an higher elevation. The vast majority of the city is not, though.

You obviously just googled "Auckland elevation" and got 196 meters, Which is the highest point in Auckland (more specifically Mount Eden, which I also personally have been to), not the average elevation or the mean elevation. The average elevation is 32m and this also is only the case, because the city is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ huge and has inactive volcanoes inside the city limits, inflating the average. You know, the things where people don't build houses. Unlike near the shore, where they do...
A simple look at google maps should have made it obvious, that Auckland is not located on a plateau towering 200 meters above the ocean...
