It could be if you replace the milk with chicken broth and garnish with fresh parsley.
Soup often contains crunchy things. Croutons for example.
Soup is primarily a liquid mixture with things added then heated.
Cereal is primarily roasted grain with milk added, not usually heated.
the croutons are crunchy for like two seconds though.
so does the cereal have to sit around for a while to become soup, or are you eating it under-cooked?
I like to let my cereal sit in the milk for about 20 minutes. Then I have chocolate milk. I drink the chocolate milk and throw the cereal away.
