Sony went after bleem! soley based on it being able to play PS1 games.
Although the only usable unoffical forks I could find were for android, one being called Citra Enhanced.
So for now, just use the two main version one being the stable main build, and the other being the Canary build.

This doesn't stop the Nintendo lawsuit though. It's still up to Nintendo whether they want to continue or not.
Nintendo Switch is good enough for me to have fun every day, so I don't have to "run smoother with a better screen resolution". Maybe we will have a 60fps HD resolution Switch in the future, but Switch has been already enjoyable now.
So yes, it does stop the lawsuit.
But not better. I have a switch, but ive probably spent more time on yuzu.
