I never had a body pillow, but i have like 5 pillows and an over sized "duvet". If i wanted to i could form a body pillow out of it, but it´s that size, so 2 people fit under it, without having a shortage of "duvet" for either person.

(I´m actually unsure if that is the right word. Sounds wrong, but anyways. Like any blanket, which is used for sleeping (in bed) would be called "bed-blanket" here. Literally "bed-cover", as You cover Your body under it. For "duvet" i have no idea what´s going on.)
