I cannot believe I am the guy to say this, but relationships are not the panacea you are seeking out, OP. You're also looking on one of the most toxic environments that exist out on the internet for relations out of desperation for fulfilment in regards to human companionship.

I suggest taking some time to evaluate what it is that you are seeking out of a relationship in general. Is it the physical affection? The positive reinforcement? The ability to relate to people on a level which extends beyond the superficial?

After answering yourself that, try as well to find the root causes of your depression and find the right help for overcoming it. I don't want to see you get into a toxic relation out of desperation...which I do see happening due to asking here of all places for a relation.

Please heed my advice. I know if nothing else, some (if not all of it) may be more useful to you than an immediate relationship.
