If you went back in time, pulled your mother before your mother and father got together and she and you were having a fantastic incestual relationship. When the time came for your mother and father to meet on that one day and it never happened, you would no longer exist and neither would that timeline unless you do something star trek and protected yourself from the effects of time with an anti-time device.

of course she wants children with you and you knew she is your mother and she had no clue you are her son, so of course you can't have children, but if you are that type of deviant mind and get turned on by the prospect of having children born of incest? then part of you just wants to get on with it and have them, but then the risks are high of having children with serious health issues in one form or another.
