Is Dune part 3 really coming out in 2030?

So I just saw Dune part 2 which was really good but when trying to find information about Dune part 3 there are articles saying it won’t be out till 2030?

Like I know part 2 was done being filmed in and finished in 2022 before being delayed to 2024 so I know it took at least 2 years. So wouldn’t it come out somewhere in 2026 or 2027?

I heard things also depended upon whether Dune part 2 is successful or not.

Don`t think it`s even confirmed to happen at this point. Guess they watch how second one is doing.
