I like PCs for complex games or games that have complex interfaces. I like consoles for action-oriented games of all sorts.

I used ride my bike quite a long way, through heavy traffic, to get to a store that had a Colecovision console on display and that would let "customers" play it. I loved the Baseball game. The people working there knew I just came there to play that console, so they let me as long as I let others who were obviously interested in buying one play it. Simpler times...
Sorta did that when the PS2 launched in Japan 6months before the US launch and one corner PC shop down the road had it on display for customers. I drove down there after work to play Tekken Tag on it until closing time.
I have all those and more AND A TANDYVISION. Powerful classic game collector.
I prefer my steam account and PC tho.
