Mine is definitely Roger Clark. (He voice acted Arthur Morgan in RDR2.) His voice is super unique but manages to fit the character perfectly

The fact that nobody else has mentioned him yet really really depresses me.

When people ask for the best Joker, no one says Nicholson, or Ledger, or Phoenix, they say Hamill, hands down.

There are many great voice actors. Like any actor, opinions can also be heavily influenced by an audience's interpretation of their role or how well-received a script was. So, I don't have a "favorite," but mostly enjoy all of their performances. (Unless they're just bad... :))

Last night, I was doing some computer work and had the TV on in another room, just as background noise. I heard a voice and only a few syllables was enough for me to absolutely, without any hesitation, identify the voice as that of Clancy Brown. That's a special quality to have in one's voice. And, if one is a good voice-actor and can so change one's voice to mask that quality, it's solid-gold. And Clancy Brown is good at it. (Not the best, but there may only be a handful of those I've ever heard and may not know their names, sadly enough.)

So, yeah, Clancy Brown stands out. :)

I don't watch too much animated stuff to have any preference tbh, but Kevin Conroy did a good job as Batman for so long. Same for Mark Hamill's rendition of The Joker.

Path of Exile has SUPERB voice-acting. It's really some of the best I've ever experienced and stands out on its own as an example of "Gold Standard" voice-acting in gaming.

PS: I was greatly disappointed when they made some changes to the dialogue and, IIRC, even a couple of the actors, at one point. But, the quality remained the same, so I guess those tiny changes nobody else noticed were OK. :)

I was going to say Michael Winslow (Motor Mouth from Police Academy) however although he did voice acting, he is known as a "Voicetramentalist" (making sound effects).

April Stewart; she did Christie in Dead or Alive 2 and South Park however she's my favourite voice due to her role in Dishonored; Empress Jessamine Kaldwin or also known as The Heart.
