If you don’t let your PC rest it will suck up a lot of dirt over night and you’ll have to clean it more often and a lot of background processes will pile up and slow it down. If you don’t feel it now, you will do later on.

I believe in keeping whatever your doing consistent though, restart before running complex games I believe helps games crash less.
This is a very good point, keeping your PC on 24/7 means sucking dust 24/7.
Filters and we have compressed air and vacs, its not a problem.
Even if you shut off your computer it will eventually build up dust to warrant a cleaning anyway. Dust is a bad dude.
