Why I am Proud to be Woke

Woke means you care about the well-being of all people — regardless of their race, religion, ability, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc. The human in me sees the human in you.

Woke means that you do not believe that you are better than any other person and what you deserve, they deserve too.

Woke means that you are caring, compassionate, and empathetic.

Woke means that you see the world from an abundance, rather than a scarcity, mentality.

Woke means that you learn about people who are different from you and value and respect those differences.

Woke means you share what you have and what you know, rather than hoard it.

Woke means that you not only care about the well-being of all people, but you take action when you see inequitable and/or inhumane treatment.

Woke means you believe that what happens to the least of us affects all of us.

Woke means that you have a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love. These words are from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as he shared his wisdom on how everybody could be great through serving others.

The bottom line is: “Woke” is about love — agape love. Agape is the highest form of love that is given, whether or not it’s returned. It’s love without any self-benefit. In the Buddhist tradition, it is the central foundation of loving kindness for all humankind. Mahatma Gandhi said that love should be the organizing principle of individual lives as well as the whole of society. He said, “Where there is love, there is life and where there is love, there is light.”

I don’t think many would argue that we need more love in the world today. There is way too much hate and violence being spewed by the far right and being acted upon by too many people, causing great harm to others. We see it every day in schools, sports events, political venues, and neighborhoods — attacks on innocent people who are merely trying to live their lives. We need more woke.

Being Woke is all about being a kinder person. But everyone that disagree come up with a hateful pattern of fabrication. That something or somewhat is coming to end the world. It's always fearful and hateful. It's a very common pattern. It is a after effect of fear mongering.

When was the last time your mum tried to tell you to be a good kid? Isn't that she trying to shove her idea down your lives? Yet you hold no grudge against her or anyone in your family? naturally, anyone who doesn't hold a grudge about anyone telling people to be a better person is a better person today.

Since I am 31, it would be very weird for my mom to call me a "kid", she knows that. She isn't the one trying to shove leftist ideology down my throat. She isn't a leftist. I choose to be a right winger.

As for holding a grudge against my mom. Of course I do. I am the oldest of 4 kids. I was supposed to look after my siblings when my parents weren't home. My mom would rather work out of choice, not bills or finances, but because she would be bored at home waiting for her kids to come home from school. She went out with my dad any chance they could take cause I was told to make sure my siblings were safe. My mom is not happy unless she is busy and stressed out. My sister gave into drugs, drinking, and sex before she turned 18. One of my brothers was the most annoying little ♥♥♥♥ you could ever meet. My youngest brother was the one to get bullied by the other brother. If my mom had been home. None of that would have happened.

So yes. I hold a grudge against my mom. I want a traditional wife when I choose to look for one.

As for being a better person. I am not. I am a terrible person just trying to live his life and get by. If everyone lived that way, how much hate and anger would there be across the planet? I can think about what life was like years ago and I think it was better. More simple. Kinda like the first Planet of the Apes movie. I just want the garbage people are trying to force down my throat to stop. The video like the one I posted is an example they won't stop.

Being a better person takes time and work. Both I'm am willing to give to achieve. However, you can't be a better person to people who are putting sex books in elementary schools. Who are trying to rewrite history to suit them. Who are putting on deviant shows in PRIDE parades. Being a better person is like being an Angel to Devils. You will do your very best to not commit sin while they will do everything they can to commit sin and get others to sin.

You want people to be better. Here is a challenge for you. Find a way to eradicate sin so no one can commit another sin.

I'm sorry, but a real woke is not that. I mean yes, but it's more extreme. Real woke try to do good things to look better in our society, they are not really like you said. It's like calling you feminist. It's a extreme aspect of equality that go over womans side instead of a real equality. Real feminist are not for equality, they are against men (it's sad that most of the feminist just don't know that and call them feminist to look good).

A woke, it's like what I already seen in a voxpop video on youtube. A guy ask people if it was fine because his friend wear a Sombrero and act like a Mexican. Every Canadian people were like, oh god it's racist etc etc... Every Mexican people was honored and happy... People say things and act to look good, but it's extreme, because it's not really bad. They just don't think at all.

Why everyone call white people white and it's fine, but we can't say to a black, he is black? That's stupid and that's woke! Like, it's not acceptable that a woman don't have a job because she's a woman, but it's perfectly fine that a men don't have a job because he's a men (and it happen to me for real), even if it's FOR woman, that's sexist. You can't make a choice based on the gender, color, race, religion etc etc, even if you think it's for good reason.

Hire a black woman to have more black and woman there (whatever the job is) instead of her real skills and experiences, i'm sorry, you can think it's good for the minority, but that's still RACIST. And that's exactly what a woke do.

haha, I would smoke weed but it's not illegal in Singapore. Life is but a trial and error. We walk. We fall. We get up and we try again. Sin is just human nature. I am greedy too. I always hoard trash hoping they can be used one day. I have lust but I don't need another person's body to let it out. I'm Proud when I did something right but not everyone knows about it. Just a feel-good feeling in me so I can sleep better at night.

That isn't the kind of pride you will find here with me, in America. Millennials and younger aren't wanting to work. Just get paid to do nothing. Pride in their sex and showing it. Pride of self attention.
