did you watch someone else play at least? you may not get what's going on in the series in tell you played at least one Fallout game

graphics are bad tho

New vegas is my favorite fallout but yeah if you only watched the series and never played any game then just play fallout 4 it is the art design they followed for the show anyway not any previous fallout

well in fallout 3 you have to find your daddy so the tv show is basically the same thing, in fallout 4 you have to find your son, it's diff kinda

I only watched the first episode and the series is just not for me, but all that ive seen, meaning the power armor and the assault rifle the brotherhood of steel used, they are from fallout 4, and the vaults look a lot more like the ones in 4 than 3.
But yeah the story seems to be the same of finding daddy and someone from the outside knows your family etc all very similar to fallout 3.

Lucy is very childish IMO in the show whereas in FO4 Nora was badazz, taking out everyone left and right right out of the vault.

I don't care if there's another Prydwen or that the story/timeline for the Brotherhood/NCR doesn't follow game canon. The series is written well, excellent acting, and phenomenal eye candy.

Bottomline: It's very entertaining and worthwhile.

My only gripe is the lack of Inon Zur's outstanding score and Ron Perlman's war narrative.

Watching the show makes me want to fire up 3, NV, or 4 and shoot stuff. 1 and 2 were awesome oldschool rpgs - but it's evident that the theme of the series is based upon Bethesda's 3-d versions.

I look forward to season two.

I think Lucy needs more firepower and to bond with Dogmeat. The show characters treat Dogmeat like crap. Can't wait to see Thaddeus turn feral.

I watched the first episode today on Amazon Prime (30 day free trial) and it was good. I loved to see Brotherhood of Steel and the Vault.
