not really, the thing that's kept haunting me is, how do I speak to these people, how do I get the help that I actually need them to do for me.

it is bad, local police has made sweep against prostitution around train station ,is it anything to do with me being loud mouth?

yeah, I do question why I kept eating trash food, I tell myself it is for feeding the hunger by making it more hungry by eating trash.

and yes most food nowadays is mostly:
-corn
-wheat
-salt
-sugar
-preservatives

with a little bit of food in there.


not even salads are safe as they usually contain like 0% nutritional value without the dressng

White rice is sort of like that, During the pandemic the only rice was brown rice so we brought it, Googled and found that it has more nutrients than white rice.

Reason is, White rice is milled and all the nutrients are in the skin that is still on the brown rice.

Sure you need certain rice for things like sushi, But brown rice is actually healthier than white.

All the time to be honest but in Australia, we have a Health Star Rating out of transparency that appears at the front of products. I try to get products that are healthy and/or have nutritional value as I value fitness and health.
the best foods don't have any labels, they come from nature itself, not from tainted factories.

I don't look anywhere, I just eat what I want to eat. Fruits and vegetables are healthy and fast food is unhealthy, that's all I need to know.
