Smoking the green or are you talking about cancer sticks?

One heightens and the other (cancer sticks) lowers your taste bud sensitivity. You are destroying your own (plus others around you) food experience, specially if it's a quality meal. I guess if it's bad quality food it doesn't matter. That's why smokers have a reduced appetite, because while they might not even know it, it's making their meals taste like crap in comparison to what they would taste like for a non-smoker.

now we must ban smoking in all public places... heck forbid tobacco complete even better.

I hate it everytime I walk on the streets or ride my bike some ^&%^%&^%$& addict ruins my day by causing me to go into an coughing wheeze gasping for air..
I am very sensitive to the point of alergic to tobacco..
that you want to kill yourself thats one thing but stop messing up MY air..

the limits on the sale of tobacco i care less for.. it's the where can I now go without being gassed.. I care about...

To be honest, restaurants are smelly places to begin with, so it is hard to smell anything other than food, grease, etc.

I've always hated smoking since I get allergic reactions and asthma from second hand smoke. Australia banned them from restaurants and children's playgrounds, etc but the no smoking signs don't stop some people from smoking in banned areas.
